Shipment: costs and delivery time

Order’s processing and shipment are active from monday to friday, from 8.30 a.m. till 5.30 p.m. ( with exception of italian public holidays ).

All shipment from rionefontana.com are insured against theft and accidental damages.If you receive a damaged package, please don’t accept it and live it to the courier.
The insurance coverage ceases to exist upon receiptof shipment and written acknowledgement.

Shipments are free in Italy for orders over 150,00 EUR until April 3 and in Europe for orders over 300,00 EUR.
Delivery in Rione Fontana stores is free. (PickUp at Store. Available only for PayPal or Credit Card payments).
Return is free if delivered by hand to Rione Fontana stores.
Return is free in Italy for orders over 150,00, for all the other countries is charged to the customers.
Return for Non-EU countries is not available.

VAT EXEMPTION
Customers who reside in countries that are not part of European Union are exempted from VAT. Rione Fontana refunds VAT amount in two working days from the order’s payment. VAT is 22%.

TRACK ORDER STATUS
After the shipment, Rione Fontana informs customers about the status of their order by e-mail.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All shipments outside European Union are subjected to import taxes which vary according to the type and value of the goods in question. Prices do not include duties, and must be paid at the moment of delivery.
